  • 275 Ted Turner Drive offers a flexible creative campus including:

    • Glass-front retail pop-up space

    • An 8,000 sq. ft. upper-floor office, retail, and event space

    • Large-scale industrial warehouses for events, production, and build-outs

    • Private offices and artist workspaces

  • The space supports a wide range of uses, including:

    • Events and cultural programming

    • Exhibitions and installations

    • Brand activations and pop-ups

    • Content production and set builds

    • Automotive events and vehicle-based productions

    • Office and artist studio use

    All uses are reviewed to ensure alignment with the campus and surrounding environment.

  • The warehouses are intentionally raw and flexible, designed to be transformed for each project. The upper-floor spaces are more refined and ready for daily use, events, and exhibitions.

  • Private offices and artist workspaces are available starting at:

    • $300 per month

    • $150 security deposit

    Availability is limited and offered on a month-to-month basis.

  • Yes. The property features gated on-site parking with capacity for up to 1,000 vehicles, making it well-suited for large-scale events, productions, and daily workspace use. Parking logistics are coordinated in advance based on the size and scope of each booking.
