First-Floor Warehouse A is a large-scale industrial environment built for ideas that need room to breathe. Spanning approximately 40,000 sq. ft., the space features expansive open floor plates, high ceilings, exposed structure, and a raw industrial finish that makes it ideal for transformation.

Designed to host major events, cultural programming, exhibitions, and brand activations, the warehouse adapts seamlessly to large audiences, immersive installations, and custom builds. Its scale and flexibility also make it well-suited for content production, set construction, artist studios, and production-based uses that require both space and infrastructure.

Minimal by design and intentionally open, Warehouse A serves as a blank canvas—capable of supporting intimate creative work or fully realized large-format experiences.
