Featuring open floor plates, concrete columns, exposed ceilings, and direct ground-level access, the space functions as a true blank canvas—built to support movement, construction, and transformation.

Natural light enters through oversized industrial windows and roll-up access points, while durable concrete floors and utility-forward infrastructure make the space ideal for set builds, content production, installations, rehearsals, storage, fabrication, and back-of-house event support. The layout allows for both open configurations and segmented use, accommodating teams that require space to work, stage, and operate efficiently.

Warehouse B is also ideal for car events and vehicle-based productions, with ample clearance and access that allows cars and production vehicles to drive directly into the space.
